What is Telemerge Solutions?

Telemerge Solutions is a recruiting service for a top outsourcing company for fortune 500 companies companies. Telemerge Solutions find work from home candidates and connect them to the clients in need of services. You certify for the company you choose to provide your services to and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly to you either through a headset connected to your computer or a phone line! You answer as if you are in a call center! It’s a pretty cool concept. Customers are happier because they can speak to someone that they can understand and it gives people that can’t work out side the home or need flexibility an opportunity to be in business for themselves and make a living!For me, I chose to do it to help with bills and to be able to spend more time with my family. My husband is happy, my son is happy and I am super happy! No office drama, no daily commute, spending less money on gas and after school care. It all adds up. I don’t have to spend extra on work clothes or put makeup on. It truly is an amazing opportunity. You have to be self disciplined and motivated and you also have to have some working knowledge of computers and technology (to a degree).Think of it as your own call center at home. You choose who you provide services for and the pay rate is based on the client you choose. You choose how much you work, full time or part time. You manage yourself and can do it in your PJ’s!

Is Telemerge Solutions legit?

Sadly, there are many scams out there. Telemerge Solutions is proudly partnered with a legitimate outsourcing partner, providing a trusted and proven work-from-home platform. For decades, thousands of small businesses and their contractors have successfully delivered services through this partnership. Since 2024, Telemerge Solutions has supported countless independent contractors in building their work-from-home careers, offering reliable opportunities and ongoing support every step of the way.

Can I work Anywhere?

You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you are able to bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

*Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.

What are the fees to get started?

In order to partner with Telemerge Solutions and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.

These fee’s are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not Telemerge Solutions.

What type of services will I provide as a 1099 Worker

There are dozens of client programs for which you can choose partner with. These are sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support clients.

By partnering with and working from home with Telemerge Solutions you will be able to choose the client you want to provide your services to, set your own schedule, no traffic jams and you get to work it your PJ’s!

Are there any fees and why?

We have a low flat service fee is $50.00 per invoice which includes the fee our partner  Arise charges which is $19.75. We pay our contractors on the 1st and 15th of the month.

Telemeerge Solutions has to cover business costs including Partner fee’s, computers, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fee’s and more. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support getting started, during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!

Are we responsible for our own taxes?

You are an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for your own taxes. Telemerge Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more.

Furthermore you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime or benefits as Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers.

I would advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.

How long before I can start working and earning a paycheck?

The admissions process takes as little as 1 day. Once you complete the admissions process and join the Telemerge Solutions team you then choose a client certification course. Realistically, it may be around 30 days or less before the class starts. Classes are typically around 30 days but some are as little as 3 days. Once certified you can start working immediately. Depending on how quickly you choose a class, it can take 1 to 2 months to receive your first deposit.

Because you are self employed, you are in control on when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.

Will I be paid during training/certification?

Telemerge Solutions, LLC does not pay for the time spent in a client certification course. We are the middleman between our partner’s clients and the Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers working from home. As an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client.

What are the steps to starting with Telemerge Solutions?

Follow each step carefully here.

Make sure you have a working computer that will meet Telemerge Solutions guidelines. See technical requirements here.

Purchase a USB headset for your certification class and for servicing most clients. This is a headset that plugs into your computer. See our recommendations.

You will receive an email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity, W9 form and Direct Deposit form. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client.
